embedded finance means putting fintech solutions directly into the products that people use in their everyday life. For example, powering lending or factoring solutions directly into the accounting software in a company. Or fintech solutions in a payroll software (salary advance, loans, etc). These softwares already have enough data to be able to provide a very good idea on the profile of the person. An very good example is Stripe Capital or Shopify Capital, or even Gusto latest offering (debit cards, etc..)

To give even better explanation, it is about abstracting banking and technology functionality into technology and enabling any brand or merchant to integrate innovative financial services into their offerings and customer experiences

It sounds like you want to take a core function in financial services and turn it into a Saas. Seems like a good idea. The hard part is picking one and executing on it.
