Overall this is only a few, but really it helped me, meet the people that knew more then me to become what i am now. Knowing that i have a circle that will give me guidance is worth more then gold.
It is a philosophy that relates well to my personality and I found the book super useful. We would give a copy to every new employee to help reenforce that culture. Especially as we grew managers up inside of that.
