I mean, that's what Saylor has been spending his time telling everyone for the past few years -- often couched in ridiculous language like "a swarm of cyber hornets serving the goddess of wisdom" [1]. It's hardly surprising that he'd hitch his message to any news event that came across his timeline, whether it's relevant or not.
