    Rubiaceae always manage to deceive me. They imitate other families really well. Strong vibes of Passifloraceae and Solanaceae in this fruit. If it looks like everything but without any distinctive trait, Rubiaceae.

    So a distant cousin of coffee, then. A "Gardenia".

      All I could relate to out of that was “coffee” and “gardenia”. There are experts on every subject - the depth of human knowledge is awesome!
